Rockstar drops nearly 40 new GTA 6 screenshots two weeks before launch
The official launch gallery shows Jason, Lucia and more of Leonida. Rockstar's message: "See you in Leonida on November 19."
Rockstar Games published a new launch gallery for Grand Theft Auto VI on November 5 — nearly 40 fresh screenshots, released exactly two weeks before the game arrives on November 19, 2026.
What the screenshots show
The images cover Vice City and other parts of the fictional state of Leonida, with protagonists Jason and Lucia front and centre alongside several supporting characters. Most shots are cinematic rather than gameplay-focused, but they tease new locations, new characters and police chases.
Jason and Lucia appear in a range of different outfits, which fans are reading as a hint at character customisation. Rockstar hasn't confirmed how deep that goes.
Still on track
There is no sign of another delay. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said this week that he doesn't regret pushing the game back to avoid shipping it unfinished.
GTA VI launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version is expected later — a recent GamesBeat report pointed to early 2027 — but Rockstar hasn't announced a date.
